For those who are interested in credentials: I'm a college graduate, a licensed Real Estate Agent, a member of SEVRAR and AAR. I'm an accredited buyer's agent who has helped many people locally- as well as those from out of state and other nations find property in Arizona. Along with the ABR designation I'm also a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA)- having earned the TRC (Transnational Referral Certified) designation. I've received the Hyland Bay New Home Sales Training and consistently attend more classes than is required by the state licensing board. Ever curious- I consider education to be an unending pursuit. If there is something I don't know, you can be certain that I will endeavor to acquire the knowledge and expertise necessary.

Unlike many agents who simply do a database search, I make it may duty to find the hidden gems in the market. I wake up each day with the goal to discover these properties for my clients.

Affiliations and Designations:

I was born in Illinois to a father who worked the family farm before becoming an Air Force officer. Life as a military child offered me the opportunity to see the country with my six siblings. I've lived in every region of the country- rarely living in any one place longer than three years. I've had over 40 addresses and have lived in or visited several countries. I also speak fluent Spanish.

Arizona has been my home since 1982. My wife and I have bought, rented and built homes in Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and Mesa. I have a degree in International Relations and received training from ASU in their masters of business program- specializing in business marketing.

I have a background in international business and have founded the following networks: AZVest, Calivest, MexiVest, UTVest and TXVest. Each of these entities are smaller networks affiliated with his larger business entity: USAVest; which is a network, whose principle function is to serve as a conduit for the dissemination of opportunities for investment minded individuals in the United States and Latin America.

Prior to making real estate my full time living, I spent several years as a financial officer, director of marketing, and director of international sales and chief information officer for companies in the telecommunications and entertainment industries.

Most of my time is spent in real estate. I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative and have also earned my Transcontinental Referral Certification. This offers me an avenue to properties locally, nationally and the world abroad.

I'm also an educator. I've consulted with small groups and addressed audiences numbering in the hundreds. Among the topics I've addressed in the past year include:
